Simple and painless trauma processing


Nowadays there is a totally hip way of trauma processing by psychologists: EMDR. Unnecessarily painful and extremely complicated it is. You have to constantly think about your trauma, talk about it and simultaneously make all kinds of gestures. I think I can do that better! In a healing session I simply eliminate traumas. Then the pain is gone and if you like, you can quietly talk it over afterwards.
