My way of being mindful and in the present is that you REALLY are there and stay. That is very well possible, but you should manage your stress and other negative, disturbing emotions and thoughts. It’s not difficult and then you will stay a happy person. Plus other things in you will heal too! I promise I will write more about it in English as soon as I will have the time for it – which is not now 🙂 .
