From hibernation via vertical sleeping to insomnia

There where giraffes sleep 2 hours per night, bears and tortoises hibernate. Many people are extremely jealous of that hibernation, especially if they can’t fall asleep at night.

But the animals that sleep in the most (I think) creative way, are humpbacks and sperm whales. Here a video! So if you can’t sleep, watching videos with sleeping whales might help. Or make puzzles or read a book, although you shouldn’t do that too many nights consecutively. Then your brain knows the trick and won’t let you fool it anymore. The best way if of course to supplement your iron as I always tell in my videos.
