Kidneys and your integrity

The story I’ll tell you today may seem very strange to you. I know that and I myself wouldn’t believe it either in the beginning. Unfortunately it’s true and fortunately it’s coming to an end.

For about 50 years it has been possible for greedy and negative people to suck others empty. They got money, they got a life, they became famous and anyway they had and still have everything. My son would say: they own life. And the rest of the people was dragged down. They lost their health and fell ill, they lost the steer of their life, they even lost themselves and became terrible people while they weren’t and they lost money, jobs, their partner, their family and friends: everything.

What actually happened, was that these greedy types could attack our integrity. They could enter our system, our body even and destroy our life from within. And that was done through the kidneys. That’s where your integrity is located inside you. Kidneys. Such an important word.

This morning I was looking for an image to put above this article. Something about integrity and I found this meme here. That was new to me! Integrity actually being your purity: the fact that you are honest even if no-one watches.

To me integrity meant something else: the border of where your domain starts and ends. So if someone comes too close to you and enters your private domain, they actually attack your integrity. That is how I saw it and how I still see it. But thanks to Mr. Lewis and to the person who mades that meme about him, I have learnt another way of looking at integrity and I found both are true.

Because if someone enters your domain, you can’t be totally yourself anymore and you get influenced. Think of commercials, but also of nosy people and the people I mentioned above, who suck you empty. When I sat on my chair in front of the laptop, looking at both memes about integrity, something struck me: the people who lose themselves. I need to explain that to readers who don’t know me.

Living an illusion …

The most ‘interesting’, but also complicated (to me) disease of this time is what I called ‘the consciousness disease‘. It is that people suddenly lose themselves and become another person. From one moment to another – and sometimes it happens gradually – you can’t talk reason to them anymore and they do what they think is right. Problem is that they’re doing things that aren’t good for them, like giving up their job and their marriage, taking drugs, eating junk food and things like that. They live in some kind of an illusion that they have to live on the street, that everyone is following them and plotting conspiracies against them and things like that.

They don’t trust the right people anymore and start trusting wrong friends. Oh I’m sure you know someone to whom that happened … You don’t recognize the real person anymore and can’t do anything to get them back to who they have always been. And if it takes years, you maybe start asking yourself if the new person was possibly the real John or Mary … No, that’s not the case. Someone or something entered their private domain and then they lost themselves. I know people who had a culture shock after they moved to another country and so they changed. I know people who had an accident, lost a loved one or whatever other shock or trauma. An angry teachter in their childhood, a fight at home …

If you want that person back, you need to find out what shocked them. It can be something that you didn’t even know about. Something that didn’t seem important at all or that you overlooked. It can be anything! And when you have found it, you should not talk about it, but try in an indirect way to influence the person back to who he or she was. It’s very hard, but not impossible. You have to puzzle and puzzle and puzzle just like I do. I am having my first small successes with people in my environment who have lost themselves.

It’s not only that you lose yourself though. If someone enters your integrity zone, that may also have physical consequences: kidney failing. That can be either stones or cancer. What you can do for your kidneys is drink apple juice, pear juice and / or raisin juice. And of course don’t forget to visit your doctor. Don’t take other natural ‘remedies’ for your kidneys, because they can harm you. Like apple vinegar or so. That causes your stomach and intestines to grow bad bacteries and you don’t need that, do you? Better just drink juice. Alcohol also works, but please don’t drink more than 3 glasses of wine or beer per week. I’m boring, I know, but alcohol is really bad stuff. I can’t help it.

Music belonging to this issue today is Michael Jackson’s One day in your life. I didn’t know that song was so old, did you? 1975!

Text:

One day in your life
You’ll remember a place
Someone touching your face
You’ll come back and you’ll look around, you’ll . . .

One day in your life
You’ll remember the love you found here
You’ll remember me somehow
Though you don’t need me now
I will stay in your heart
And when things fall apart
You’ll remember one day . . .

One day in your life
When you find that you’re always waiting
For a love we used to share
Just call my name, and I’ll be there
You’ll remember me somehow
Though you don’t need me now
I will stay in your heart
And when things fall apart
You’ll remember one day . . .

One day in your life
When you find that you’re always lonely
For a love we used to share
Just call my name, and I’ll be there
